Small Batch Manufacturing: common questions
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. FDM production avoids the tooling costs and minimum quantities of traditional manufacturing, so you can order small batches and repeat runs as you need them.
How many parts can you make?
Capacity depends on part size, print time, material, finishing and quantity. Each enquiry is assessed and given a realistic production plan, and larger demand can be reviewed in stages.
Will repeat orders match the first batch?
Production runs follow an approved CAD revision, with material and colour recorded for repeat orders. Minor normal FDM surface variation between runs is possible.
Can you fit inserts or assemble parts?
Yes. Heat-set insert installation and assembly can be included, along with agreed inspection checks and packaging.
Do you deliver, or can I collect?
Finished parts are packed securely and sent by tracked courier anywhere in the UK, or local collection can be arranged.
